Such a wonderful couple, I have really had an amazing year so far with my brides and grooms! A ceremony at Hardwick hall, one couple so happy in love, ready and waiting for this day. There wedding was FUN! i was made to feel very welcome, more like a friend than a photographer, no doubt that this couple are one of my absolute favorites. giggly girls having fun, proud parents with tears in there eyes, two amazing little children watching on…. All part of a wonderful day.

At times its hard to put into words what it feels like for my clients to put there trust in me to photograph there wedding day…. Wow its such a lovely thing! I write alot of blog posts, i blog about weddings, about babies and about myself and my family. this is done to attract the right clients, so when we first meet, they seem like they have know me forever, when we send emails its like emails between frinds and not compleat strangers! This wedding just so happend to be a very dear friend to me.  Kay is one of my very good friends, we have to be our boys are best buddies! We were pregnat at the same time, our boys do  play groups we do coffee’s and lots of chatting.

Kay and Matt got mrried in Jamica and returned home last weekend for a church blessing and after party. Very egor to get a sneek preview of the dress i edited the pics and started on making my own magic on saturday.  I must say, I’m a big fan of people who get married with their children watching, or being a part of the ceremony. It just means something. Its sweet, its beautiful.  They’ve been through some stuff.   Building and caring for a baby is no small task. Stressful, emotional and new… it can be at times, ever so difficult. But, when you make it through and still look at each other like you just met. Look at each other with eyes full of butterflies. That  is remarkable.

She was calm, composed and stunning. He was happy and eager. The faces of everyone involved said it all and I was honored to join them creating images that they will treasure forever. . for two people who realy dont like having there photos took you both did a good job!  Amazing wedding and reception with loving friends and family around them.

There is so much to say about Kelly and Lenny
What a wonderful couple. So caring and sweet and just oozed warmth. When we met, I saw how amazing her and Lenny were together. And so much FUN!

On the morning of their wedding, there was sunshine clear skies…. something we havent been seeing much of this summer. the skis stayed blue for us and the showers stayed away.  A wonderful service with a full church of family and friends watching on as these two amazing people got married.  Congratulations to you both. xx

Having a 4 week old baby and going back to work  has its fair share of challenges.  Cruz wasnt taking the bottle very well… time to pull in all the stops, Edyta my wonderful assistant came along to the wedding with me, Peter was ready to bring cruz to see me for milk! we managed and did a perfect job. I  was 100% there as i knew my baby boy has all the love he needs.

I can’t imagine starting off my wedding season with anyone else but Kelly and Gregg.  Warm, inviting, and full of love. This day, was perfect.  Thank you for understanding and for allowing me to be part of your wonderful day.

The true meaning of Marriage to me is LOVE…. not just how we feel but what we do, love is an action, its unconditional, giving yourself to the other person.  Its not an easy road to walk… but it is rewarding.  love is unstoppable, you know when your in love.  You find it in yourself, and cant stop sharing it with the other person. This is Love.!

Love was here this weekend for Adele and Chris, there wedding was exactly what they wanted Surrounded by people who love them. Adele looked breath taking and Chris ever so handsome. Two people ready to take the next step.
